Thank you for shopping with Blade RUNNA Apparel. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]
Priority Shipping (if available): [2–4 business days]
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Carrier
We ship using major carriers such as:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Carrier selection may vary based on cost and destination.
4. Address Accuracy 
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:
Your order may be delayed, returned, or lost
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
Blade RUNNA Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking will be emailed and may take 24–48 hours to update.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, Blade RUNNA Apparel is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Incorrect delivery by the carrier
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
Check with neighbors / building office
Confirm shipping address
Contact the carrier directly
We will assist with information when possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements.
7. Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender:
The order remains final sale
Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package
8. International Shipping 
We currently  offer international shipping. International customers are responsible for:
Customs fees
Import duties
Taxes
